Product Description

Ventilation butterfly valve is mainly used for ventilation pipelines. They can be divided into cut-off type and regulation type according to different functions. The cut-off type ventilation butterfly valve mainly plays the role of severing or cutting-off air flow in the pipeline; while the regulation type one chiefly serves the purpose of balancing flow adjustment. This kind of valve has the characteristics of easy use, stable and reliable operation.
 

The driving actuator of ventilation butterfly valve is driven by a motor so as the disc can rotate freely in the range of 90° to achieve the purpose of opening and closing or adjusting the medium flow rate.
At present, as the component of achieving the switching of pipeline system and flow rate controlling, the fluorine lined butterfly valve or the rubber lined butterfly valve has been widely applied in various industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, hydropower and so on. In the well-known technology of butterfly valve, there are various seal forms, mainly divided into full seal and hard seal, and the sealing material is rubber, polytetrafluoroetheylene and so on. Confined by its structural characteristics, it is not suitable for industries of high temperature, high pressure, corrosion and wear resistance will be needed. A relatively advanced butterfly valve is a three-eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve, the valve body and the valve seat are connected components, and the valve seat sealing surface layer is surfacing welded with temperature resistant and corrosion resistant alloy materials. The multi-layer soft stacked sealing ring is fixed on the valve plate. Compared with the traditional butterfly valve, this butterfly valve has the advantages of high temperature resistance, light operation, friction-free opening and closing. When closing, it compensates for the sealing with the increase of the torque of the transmission mechanism, which improves the sealing performance of the butterfly valve and prolonging the service life.
Structural Features and Uses:
The valve is widely used in ventilation and dust removal system, as flow regulation and throttling for dust containing gas, gas pipeline, ventilation and purification device, flue gas pipeline, etc. It is welded with wear-resistant material and has the advantages of good wear-resistance, stable and reliable work, easy operation, sensitive action, small leakage rate, long service life and convenient installation and maintenance. It's especially suitable for low pressure difference, large diameter, large flow occasions. It is used in combination with various actuators to compose into valves with different performance.
