Working Principle:
This machine is mainly composed of the head wheel, tail wheel, conveyor chain, casing and drive device, etc. symmetrical L-shaped round steel is welded at certain intervals on the conveyor chain to carry the materials. When the chain conveyor is in operation, the chain in the lower part of the trough moves forward, increasing the internal pressure of the material in the trough. As a result, the internal friction between the material particles increases. When the internal friction of the material is greater than the external friction between the material and the trough wall, the material will move forward continuously as a whole along with the conveyor chain.
Selection and layout of the inlet and outlet ports:
1.For materials with poor fluidity or slightly higher humidity, it is generally advisable to adopt the upper feeding port.
2.The distance between the center of the tail end inlet and the center of the tail shaft shall not be less than 1000mm.
3.This machine can have multiple inlet and outlet ports. The layout of the inlet and outlet ports should avoid connection flanges.

The scraper only occupies a part of the cross-section of the material trough, while the material occupies the majority of the cross-section. It can convey materials horizontally, inclinedly or vertically. When horizontal conveying is carried out, the scraper used is in the shape of a flat strip. Based on the principle that the cutting force of the chain and the scraper embedded in the bulk material on the bulk material layer is greater than the resistance of the trough wall to the bulk material, the bulk material moves forward along with the scraper. At this time, the ratio of the height of the moving material layer to the width of the trough is within a certain range, and the material flow is stable.

1.The buried scraper conveyor uses a single high-strength mining round link chain to drive the scraper, and a concave toothed sprocket is selected for driving. It features a large load capacity, long chain life and high strength.
2.The chain of the buried scraper conveyor can be automatically tensioned, ensuring that the chain operates in a moderately tensioned state for a long time, eliminating the need for manual tensioning operations that must be timely and frequent.
3.The return section of the chain and scraper of the buried scraper conveyor is supported by rollers for operation. This not only saves effort and reduces friction but also, through the automatic change of deflection among several idlers on the return chain, helps the automatic tensioning and sliding of the chain.
4.If the drive mechanism of the buried scraper conveyor is carried on the upper part of the machine head and forms an integral part with the casing, the overall installation can be freely placed and operated on site without the need for anchor bolts.
5.The operating speed of the buried scraper conveyor can be controlled by a combination of YVP series motors and frequency converters, which is an advanced speed regulation method in the world.
