1.Machine's Features
Pipe cutting machine adopts PLC man-machine interface control, it makes the operation intuitive, easy, convenient, safe and efficient. The machine can achieve automatically length fixing, pipe feeding and cutting after input relevant data. The coordination between the servo motor, ball screw and linear rail makes the speed of material feeding adjustable without the limitation of length and machining precision high. It uses the cutting mode of tool rotating while the pipe keeps resting which brings the smooth cutting section and less burr. As the result, it has features of high cutting speed, high accuracy, tool-friendliness and low labor intensity and so on and it has been widely used in various industries. Besides, the built-in loading rack realizes the automatic loading. The spindle motor uses inverter to adjust speed. It brings small notch and fewer material waste. At the same time, the operation noise is low. It can cut both HDPE and Steel pipes and can also chamfer. The automatic loading track is optional.
