Product Description

Humidifying mixer is also known as fly ash humidifying mixer. The equipment is used for spraying wet mixing and conveying powder in the ash hopper of the ash storage in the thermal power plant and other departments, departments, and is also suitable for humidification, mixing and conveying of solid particle materials in chemical industry and mining.
 

The humidification mixer is composed of four parts, including uniform feed, blade transport, mixed impact humidification and vibration system, and is equipped with special electric control and water supply system. The whole equipment is fixed on the base, the cylinder is supported by four groups of elastic elements, the vibration is applied by an excitation device, in this way, the cylinder can also do high-frequency vibration during the operation of the whole equipment, therefore a certain gap between the cylinder wall and mixing shaft is always maintained, which greatly reduces the operating resistance of the whole equipment and completely eliminates the blocked rotation.
The humidifying mixer evenly feeds the material into the main machine by two sets of spiral blades. The dry ash powder material entering the mixing tank and mixing tank is forcibly mixed and stirred by the water rationed by the water supply device. At the same time, the material meeting the humidity requirements is transported to the discharge port to eject. Before starting the humidifying mixer, it is necessary to carefully check whether all components are complete, whether fasteners are fixed solidly, and whether the sealing parts are sealed tightly. After 30# or 40# machine oil or other appropriate lubricating oil that user selected based on the local conditions is injected into the reducer of the humidifying mixer, the humidifying mixer can only be put into normal operation. Feeding material and water supplying can be operated after the humidifying mixer starts and runs normally. Feeding should be stopped and material in the machine should be emptied prior to stopping the machine.
The machine has to be stopped immediately to check and troubleshoot once there is load suddenly increases or decreases of motor or abnormal occurrence of mechanical system from emerging. After trouble clearing, the normal production can be continued.
